Greek Feta PDO
It is produced in THESSALY, a region with a long tradition in the field of cheese-making, and is still made up to this day in the traditional handmade way.
Milk comes from local sheep and goat flocks grazing freely in the area and in particular is used with a ratio of 70% max sheep’s milk and 30% min goat’s milk.
These are the basic components of the uniqueness of our TAHAS Feta cheese that give it its distinctive taste. It matures in containers for at least 2 months, in order to complete the flavor character of our cheese.
Our Feta, with its unique taste, is a worthy ambassador of Greek gastronomy as it is exported to more than 20 countries worldwide.
