TAHAS FARM Curd (Giza) is a traditional dairy product of Thessaly region, and is made from whey with the addition of salt. It’s white, very soft cheese, ideal for making various kinds of pie.
It is available in 17.5 kg metal containers as well as in 20 kg boxes for professional use.
